JOIN US on the farm for an intentional morning ritual to set your Sunday into BLISS::: 9-10:30am- Kenna will lead a gentle yoga flow to awaken the body and step into the light. 10:30am-12noon- Enjoy a fresh + creative brunch curated by Jenna of Parakalo Provisions to deeply hydrate, ground, and connect to this bountiful land. Includes herbal teas + abundant brunch:: farm-fresh veggie frittata, wild sauces, fresh baked gluten-free goodies, salads, fruits, and other inspired morsels. PLEASE bring your YOGA MAT + MUG.
